Ethiopia Gedeb, Worka Sakaro
A natural-process lot from the Worka Sakaro washing station in Gedeb, Gedeo Zone, Ethiopia. Heirloom varieties 74110 and 74112 grown between 2,100 and 2,250 meters, dried on raised beds for 21 days. We roast it light to keep the fruit forward: blueberry and jasmine up front, cocoa nib in the middle, and a winey finish that lasts. Available in 12 oz bags and a 4 oz sampler, whole bean or ground to order. Limit four bags per household during the pre-order window.
Ordering opens November 14, 2026. No payment is taken on this site until then. Launch-list members are notified first.
