When does the Gedeb lot go on sale?
Pre-orders open November 14, 2026. The notify list gets an email the morning it opens. Roasting for pre-orders starts November 18.
How fresh is the coffee when it arrives?
We roast Tuesdays and Fridays and ship within 48 hours of roast. Most US addresses receive their order two to four days after that.
Do you grind to order?
Yes. Choose whole bean, or a grind for pour-over, drip, French press, AeroPress, or espresso at checkout.
Do you offer a subscription?
A subscription is planned for early 2027. Join the list and you'll hear about it first.
Can I visit the roastery?
We're open for pickup and tasting on roast days, Tuesday and Friday, 8 am to 1 pm, at 3331 SE Division St in Portland.
Is shipping free?
Shipping is by USPS Priority anywhere in the US. Rates will be shown when ordering opens.
