About Hollow Oak Roasters
Small-batch specialty coffee, roasted to order in Portland, Oregon.
Hollow Oak Roasters is a two-person roastery on Division Street in Southeast Portland. We opened in 2021 with a used six-kilo Probat and a table at the Montavilla Farmers Market, and we've grown slowly from there, on purpose.
We roast light to medium, and we only buy coffees we'd drink every day. That usually means washed and natural lots from Ethiopia, Colombia, Guatemala, and Brazil, bought through importers who publish what they paid at origin. Those prices appear on each coffee's page because we think you should know them.
Everything is roasted on Tuesday and Friday mornings. Online orders ship the same or next business day by USPS Priority, so your coffee arrives within a week of roast. If you're local, pickup is available on roast days from 8 am to 1 pm.
